How does it work?

Website Discussion

We’ll have a call (by phone or Zoom) to talk about your project — how many pages you need, what the website should do, and how you want it to look.

Content Preparation

Next, I build the website using the content, pictures, and info you give me. This usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how big the website is.

Editing and Launch!

Once the website is ready, you can share your feedback, and I’ll make any changes you want. After that, we launch it and make it live!

How will your brokers and shippers
feel about your new website?

Brokers and shippers will take your business seriously

A professional website shows you’re organized, established, and ready for serious freight. It builds instant credibility — no more getting overlooked for not having an online presence.

It will be easy for them to contact you

Clear contact forms, quote request options, and mobile-friendly design mean shippers can reach out quickly — no friction, no confusion, just direct communication.

They will understand what your company is doing

Your services, equipment, and experience will be clearly laid out — making it simple for brokers and shippers to see exactly what you haul and why you’re the right carrier for the job.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to make a website for my trucking company?

It depends on how big you want your trucking company’s website to be. A regular 5-page site usually takes about 2 weeks. A bigger one with 15 pages can take 3 to 5 weeks. If you have a deadline, I can adjust to meet it.

Could there be any unexpected costs?

No, there won’t be any extra fees unless you ask for more work on the website. I also try not to use plugins or tools with monthly payments so you can keep costs low.

Will it be hard to make my own updates/changes?

Nope! I build websites that are easy for you to use — so you can edit, update, or add content without trouble. And if you’re not comfortable with tech stuff, we can do a one-on-one tutorial to walk you through it.

Additionally, if you don’t want to do updates yourself I can do it for you at my hourly rate.

What happens after I get my website? Will I need to take care of it regularly?

Your website will only need a few minutes of care each month. Some people don’t touch their site for 5 months, and it still works fine. The main thing is to keep the plugins and system updated so everything stays safe.

What do I need to get started with a website for my trucking company?

Basic information about your company is all we need to get started on your website. This includes things like your company name, contact details, areas you operate in, equipment, photos, and more. I’ll provide you with a simple checklist and can help you with any part of it if needed.

Whats is the website building process?
  1. First, we talk over a video or phone call about what you want for your website.
  2. Then, I build the site using your content and ideas.
  3. When it’s ready, I’ll send you a private link to check it out. You can ask for changes.
  4. Once everything looks good, I’ll launch the website for you!
How do you build websites?

I build websites with WordPress, using different themes and plugins to make them work well and look great.
