What if I already have a website?
No problem — we'll rebuild it under either plan. Most sites we see are slow, hide the phone number, or haven't been touched in years, so a rebuild usually pays for itself quickly.
One thing to know: Google Business Profile management is only offered bundled with a Heavy Haul Marketing website on the monthly plan. We don't manage listings as a standalone service, because the listing and the website work best when they're built to work together.
What's the catch with $0 upfront?
There isn't one. Instead of charging you a few thousand dollars before you've seen a single call, the build cost is spread into the $175/month. We keep the site and domain in our name while you're on the plan — that's how we can afford to front the work. If you'd rather own it outright from day one, that's what the $900 one-time option is for.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my site if I do?
Yes. It's month-to-month with no contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
Since the website is owned by Heavy Haul Marketing on the monthly plan, it comes offline when you cancel. Your domain can be transferred to you, though, so you keep your web address — you'd just cover the ~$15–20/year registration yourself going forward.
How fast can this be live?
Usually within a couple of weeks from our first call, depending on how quickly you can send over your business info and any photos you have. Your Google listing cleanup starts right away, so you'll see changes there even sooner.
Do I own my website?
Depends on the plan. On the $900 one-time buildout, yes — once it's complete and paid in full, it's transferred to your own Webflow account and it's yours outright.
On the $175/month plan, Heavy Haul Marketing owns the site and domain while you're active, and you get everything — hosting, updates, and Google listing management — handled for you. The domain can be transferred to you anytime.
What if I don't have any photos or reviews yet?
That's most businesses we talk to. Photos off your phone of your trucks, shop, crew and jobs work great — we'll tell you exactly what to snap. For reviews, we set up simple review requests you can send to customers right after a job, so they start stacking up without you chasing anyone.
