Refund Policy

Monthly Plan ($175/month)

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you're currently in, and we do not issue partial-month refunds for time already paid. Because setup work (website build and initial GBP setup) begins immediately upon signup, the first month is non-refundable once work has started.

One-Time Plan ($900)

Because this is a custom buildout, payment is due in full before the completed website is transferred to your Webflow account. If you'd like to cancel before the site is complete, contact us to discuss — refunds for work already completed are not guaranteed, but we'll work with you in good faith on partial refunds for any milestone not yet delivered.

Domain Costs

Domain registration is included in both plans while you're an active customer. If you cancel the monthly plan and choose to keep your domain, you'll take over the annual registration cost (typically $15–20/year) directly with the registrar going forward.
