Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Heavy Haul Marketing ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Dmytro Vykeryk, an individual providing services from Ternopil, Ukraine, to customers purchasing website design, hosting, and Google Business Profile ("GBP") management services (the "Services").

1. Services

We provide website design, hosting and maintenance, domain registration, and Google Business Profile management, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed with each customer individually before work begins.

2. Plans

• Monthly plan: $0 upfront, $175/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. While active, we register and pay for the domain on your behalf, and we own and control the website and domain. If you cancel, the website will be taken offline unless you request a transfer (see Section 4).
• One-time plan: a single $900 payment for the website build. Once payment is made in full and the site is complete, the website is transferred to your own Webflow account and you own it outright. Google Business Profile management is not included with or offered as an add-on to the one-time plan.

3. Payment

Fees are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize recurring monthly charges (for the monthly plan) until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

4. Ownership & Transfers

Under the monthly plan, the website and domain remain the property of Heavy Haul Marketing for as long as the plan is active, licensed to you for use as your business's website. You may request a transfer of the domain to your own ownership at any time; you will then be responsible for the domain's annual registration cost going forward. Under the one-time plan, ownership of the website transfers to you upon full payment and project completion.

5. Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, photos, and content you provide for your website and Google Business Profile. We do not knowingly publish false, defamatory, or infringing content and may decline to publish content that violates this policy or applicable law.

6. Google Business Profile Management

GBP management (photo uploads, review requests, listing optimization) is performed on a best-effort basis to comply with Google's own guidelines. We do not guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or search results, as these are controlled by Google, not by us.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel the monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refund is issued for the period already paid. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits, arising from use of the website or GBP management services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
